Once great, now deeply disappointing

I lived at Logan Apartments before and after the management change last September, and the difference is night and day. What used to feel like luxury living has quickly declined into a frustrating, low-value experience.

High turnover in the leasing office and poor communication

Amenities cut or poorly managed (pool closed due to pollution, fewer resident events)

Safety and cleanliness issues: homeless individuals in stairwells, broken elevators, malfunctioning key fobs

Reduced front desk staff, calls often go unanswered

Mailroom chaos (no package signing, packages lost or left for residents to dig through)

Renewal rates that are sky-high despite declining service

Heating/cooling system is unreliable (thermostat kicks on A/C in the middle of winter, and building-wide grid programming causes wild temperature swings)

Tenants now spend far too much time chasing down staff, solving maintenance issues, and working around inefficiencies. You’re paying for a luxury experience, but you’re not getting one.
