Nissen Review

It is a nice apartment and maintenance concerns were handled fairly quickly. I live on the second floor, so it can get loud and there are usually people outside the apartment, but I don't feel unsafe (as a female also). It's in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and parks. The other tenants mostly keep to themselves, and the space of my apartment is great.
