Great place to live!

I overall have been really happy there and have had absolutely 0 complaints in my time there, love having a gym, the apartments are new, the staff (both leasing office and maintenance) are great

Great experience--expensive for the amount of space, but I love the amenities and the ability to walk downtown.

Safe and quiet apartment building with amazing amenities. Because gym, pool, and the maintenance team is very quick. Leasing office is very nice and the downtown location is convenient for Bar Review and exploring the city!

The pool at this apartment is GORGEOUS and looks like a resort-style pool. The gym could be a bit bigger, but it great if you go at the right time of the day.

The only main downside I don't love is my layout has no bedroom windows, just a window, very small, above the door that lets light in. I prefer to have some natural light in my bedroom, but there is large windows in the living room. We also have a lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

Management is also amazing, and responds so quickly to all maintenance calls and orders. Mine always get fixed on the same day, or within a day. They are also very friendly and always say hello.

The building is very new (opened in 2022) and is very clean and safe. I am in the A3 floor plan and really like it. The apartment has in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. I really like the location and being able to walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops downtown. Parking is right across the street in the parking garage on Poplar street and costs $20-$40 a month. It takes me 8-10 minutes to drive to Wake Forest each morning for class. There is a gym in the lobby of the building which is super convenient. The building feels very safe (all tap access) and maintenance has been great when needed. There is a good mix of students and young professionals living in the building and it is pet friendly. Management is usually very responsive and is good about responding to emails when I have questions. Overall a really great and convenient place to live!

Expensive, but nothing but good experiences with maintenance and staff. Pool and gym are nice pluses, and the location is great.
