Terrible experience
You get what you pay for and rent here is cheap. Wake Forest Properties' staff is inconsiderate and difficult to work with. I had to get an attorney involved to get out of lease when Wake Forest Properties violated my lease. I repeat: they violated my lease agreement, not me. They are looking to make as much money as possible and do not care about the students living in their properties at all. Do not expect to see your security deposit, they will find a way to keep it.
