Convenient, short walk to campus
Wake Forest Properties is probably the most convenient option for young graduate students - it is furnished with all utilities and WIFI included in monthly rent. A short walk from campus, the location is perfect! When anything needs repairs, the maintenance people are quick to respond.

Overall for the price, it is a very good house to live in! The location is very convenient and the rent price is lower than average. The roommates in these locations are random (all are graduate students but can be from any department). This house specifically is roomy and has decent furniture (all is furnished). It is a well-built house, however, it does not get much sunlight due to the surrounding trees and the house's layout.
