Inexpensive - Great Value
M. Fishman is an excellent property company: super responsive and easy to get in touch with. The staff the building well; the on-site supervisor is fantastic and generally gets to things immediately. The apartments are generally clean and well maintained, though basic.
For awhile, our building manager reduced the frequency of pest sprayings in the building, which resulted in a sharp increase in cockroaches. Since he left, the new building managers have been far more vigilant and I haven't had a problem since. Some neighbor noise issues, but the building managers have been super responsive when alerted.
Overall, there are very few amenities. This is a very basic apartment building, but it's clean and decently maintained. An excellent studio for the cost, given the area.
