I have lived in this complex for 2 years and problems that have occurred since move-in have not been fixed, but prices are increasing. The parking situation is less than ideal, with only 2 tandem spots for 3 bedroom apartments and a horrible street parking situation. The parking situation can best be attributed to a design flaw in the apartments. The garbage situation is also bad - it is never picked up and smells (as garbage does) - but the cost to us for "garbage services" has only increased. Like parking, the garbage issue is due to a design flaw in the layout that makes the garbage cans extremely difficult for the garbage trucks to access.

Fine for temporary living
Parking is a nightmare and management isn't receptive to those issues. The property itself is nice but has recurring sink and noise issues. The garbage situation is also an issue, as it is hard to reach by the garbage trucks so it often sits in the sun for days or even weeks, but management's solution is to increase the cost of garbage.
