Great Proximity to USD
Missions at Rio Vista is a nice community to live in. The parking situation stinks sometimes, but there are other things that make it great. The pools are well maintained, and the maintenance crew is great. Rob is the best! The management and leasing office are good. Sometimes there is mis-communication, but overall, they are friendly. The community is great for dog-owners! They have many pet waste bins and bags for your pet. Most of the community is friendly! The gym is nice, as is the business center. Overall, it is a great place to live!

Good and bad cancel each other out - it's average
Apartment itself is very nice; floor plan and quality of things like washer/dryer, bathtubs, lighting, etc. are high. Management isn't very nice to deal with and can be quite argumentative and unfriendly. If you can avoid having to deal with management, living here is pleasant, but I dread having to go to the office to discuss any issues.
