Century Tower

Great location.Easy transport to CTA trains and buses.Walking distance to State street for shopping, riverwalk and also to Millennium Park.
Easy access to Metra stations. Laundry room and the gymnasium needs some improvement though. Good restaurants nearby.

Great

I love the management and the staff. No problems with the apartment (no insects, quite neighbors). I wish the gym was better equipped and the rooftop had a better view but the location can't be beat. Internet/cable included is a plus. I wouldn't move because all that is included with living here. Rent is slightly expensive but there is a lot that is included that makes up for it.

Great location close to blue, brown, green, pink, orange and red lines. 10 minute walk to State St., 5-10 minutes to River North, 15 minutes to Michigan Avenue. Grocery stores aren't really walkable but most people in the building use PeaPod/Instacart. Safe to walk around at night. A lot of new restaurants (quick service) opening in the area.
Great neighborhood. Lots of bars nearby. River north is walkable distance and it has a lot clubs and bars.
While you don't have the "neighborhood feel" this is a great, safe and clean area with easy access to parks, stores and restaurants. There's lots of activity throughout the week as well as the weekend.
I love this neighborhood for the amenities, proximity to everything and safety. However, what this place lacks is variety of places to eat. I love there is a Mariano's within walking distance and a beautiful park for the kids and our dog. Also you can walk to the lake and see the fireworks every summer. It's a little hidden gem.
Everything is close by, literally everything, from supermarket to cafes to the loop however only minus is that all restaurants close early as they are in the loop
The Loop is a fun place to live, there is always something going on and more options for food/drink than I know what to do with. Traffic can be a pain.
The Loop become quiet after 7 pm at night which is both good and bad. There aren't a lot of open restaurants in the area past 7 pm, however, everywhere delivers. I do wish there had been a closer grocery store as grocery shopping was difficult at times. However, this is a minor issue thanks to grocery delivery services.
The neighborhood is fantastic. The shops are across the street. River North is 10 min walk to all the restaurants.
