Management is the best I've ever worked with. Very helpful. Building has all the amenities, one of the nicer ones in Ann Arbor, also one of the more expensive. Apartments can be on the cookie-cutter side, for those looking for more personalized experiences. Relatively far from Ann Arbor downtown, residential/convenience store vibes. AC/heat and laundry units are LOUD. In-unit laundry take 2 hours for a wash, 2 hours for a dry (single cycle). Many other Rossers in the building help with camaraderie.

618 South Main St. is a great place to live. Although on the pricey side, the building workers are amazing and everyone is very nice. A 15 minute walk to Ross, but not too bad. Overall, a great experience.

15 minute walk from both downtown and Ross. Newer construction, excellent and accommodating staff, good facilities. Very pet friendly (up to 2 cats and 1 dog allowed). Lots of Rossers - primarily couples where one partner works and can help with rent payments. Free social events at least monthly, and the non-Ross residents are all great people to get to know.

If you are looking for the best place to live in Ann Arbor, this is it. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Beautiful and spacious apartments with great finishes and thick walls! Also, you get access to an amazing pool and very decent gym! The best part though is the super attentive management that take a lot of in providing the best experience to the tenants. For example, the management team constantly hosts resident only parties and events that are catered with food and alcohol. You can’t go wrong with choosing 618.
