The best thing about Innova is the location. Way overpriced, but right next to school and a relatively safe location. A roommate definitely helps offset the cost, but there was a lot of work with management at the beginning of the year to fix appliances.

I chose this apartment because I didn’t have many options during the start of Covid and it was convenient. However, it is way overpriced for what you get. The apartment size is rather small, and I have had multiple maintenance issues throughout my year and a half here. Also, we do not get to choose which network provider we use and are forced to use Snip Internet which constantly disconnects and has a weak signal. The elevators also seem to be out of order at least once a month.
Although, it is nice living in the same building as some of my classmates.

Innova's property is very secure, in fact, there are several checkpoints at which only residents can access to access the apartments. There is a checkpoint at the main door, elevators, and staircases to ensure that only residents are allowed up. The concierge/management is also around 24/7 if anything ever happens. Apartments are very new and updated, covered parking, new appliances, in unit washers and dryers.

There was recently a crime incident in the parking lot, and they did send out an email about general tips for staying alert, but they did not actually address the incident directly. I found out about it through the CWRU alert since it involved a Case employee, but I would have liked to know what the apartment is doing to prevent further issues. Overall I enjoy living here with my cat and look forward to staying for a while!

Very convenient and close to the CWRU HEC and dental clinic. The downside is management is very slow at responding or they tend to ignore on purpose. The plus side is that there usually aren't that many issues and you don't have to deal with them more than once or twice.

Excellent living

I like my apartment, though it is pricey, because of it's proximity to the HEC school building. There are, however, few options in the neighborhood for things to do or for food, so it depends what's important for you near your apartment

This is a great place for students to live that are attending class at the HEC. It is literally right across the street from the HEC so walking and not having to find parking is a great convenience. It is expensive, but the apartments are really nice and I have had zero issues all year long. There is a parking garage behind the building and a gym on the second floor. There is a common area to study or hangout on the 6th floor and also a rooftop space.
