GREAT IF YOU GO TO CLASS AT THE HEC
PROXIMITY TO SCHOOL IS GREAT. GYM IN THE BUILDING IS ALSO CONVENIENT. EASY TO RECEIVE PACKAGES AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY. ONLY ISSUE IS THE A/C ON HOT DAYS. GETS A LITTLE TOO HOT. ALSO THE BAND THAT PLAYS IN THE BALLROOM IS LOUD ON THE FIRST FLOOR

Park Lane
We love Park Lane! It is super close to school and the building is always secure. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The parking garage is not always secure, but for the price and location we love it

10/10 Do recommend
I am in love with Park lane, I have a beautiful apartment with 2 other roommates. Our unit is very spacious, the concierge staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the walk to HEC is 5 minutes. We are currently planning to stay here for the remainder of dental school.

Park Lane Villa
It is in a safe area and it is about a 7-8 min walk to HEC, which is very convenient as a grad student!

Overall, great place.
Can't really complain about anything besides the relatively expensive rent. The rooms are generally spacious (make sure you look at the floorplan beforehand), and it's a convenient 7-8 minute walk to the HEC. The south facing rooms get a lot more natural light than the rooms facing the courtyard.

Location, Historic Building & Amenities make building winner
Park Lane is a wonderful place to live, particularly if you like historic buildings. The historic features give the building charm and solid construction makes it very quiet. Within easy walking distance of retail, and walking/biking paths over. Love the views over Rockefeller Park. Concierge is a nice added amenity.

Highly recommend
Overall a really great apartment building with lots of services and really nice living spaces! The only negative thing I can think of is the cost, which is relatively steep compared to other local apartment options, but still tends to be a little cheaper than the other modern apartment complexes.

University Circle Reviews
Close enough to campus buildings so there was enough light that I felt safe enough, but once I left campus, felt a little more alert.
University Circle is THE hub for cultural activity in Cleveland. The Cleveland Museum of Art is my favorite place in the Circle. It has fabulous permanent exhibits and brings in wonderful temporary exhibitions. The museum hosts social events that are perfect for young people more than once a month. The Circle also contains Severance Hall - home of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, the Natural History Museum, and more!
The area is fairly safe as it is heavily patrolled by UCPD and Campus Police. Ambulances frequent the area to get to the hospital, but that is the only noise complaint I've ever heard of.
I couldn't be happier about living right in University Circle during law school.
There is a grocery store that is very convenient and also the normal college campus chain restaurants like Chipotle.
