Very safe and convenient
Park Lane is a very secure building with units that are very clean and pretty new. The people who work here are super nice and willing to help out with things like watering plants, walking dogs, etc. They are also really fast in fixing any utility problems. It's not super close to any places for social things, but a quick drive to Uptown is always good for ice cream!

Park Lane Villa Review
Kind of expensive and good if going to the HEC, near the art museum, campus, and parks, walkable to uptown but other than that not too much nearby

Park Lane Villa Review
Expensive but worth it.

Good, probably better than Innova
It's a renovated 1923 hotel -- walls are sturdy and sound proof. Covered parking for ~$130/month, overall a nice place. Management is responsive, concierge service is good -- they replace broken appliances within 3 days. 8 minute walk to school.

very convenient
This apartment complex is located a short 7 min walk away from the HEC. It is also in walking distance (15-20 min) to the old medical school. It is very clean and spacious. The concierge service is nice, and it feels very safe.

Amazing place to live, especially if you own pets
It is more on the expensive side, but with having a dog and a cat, we saved a lot of money with the dog care. While we were traveling a lot, the building took our dog out 4-5 times a day, and while we are at work, we can just text them to take her out in the evening if no one can make it home in time. It's also a very safe building with 24/7 concierge. We feel extremely safe taking out our dog at night to the pet relief area in the back of the parking lot. Overall, we love living in this building! It is also perfectly in between of all of the hospitals.

Overall a good place to live if you're willing to spend a little extra money.
Looks very nice. 24/7 concierge. Frequent happy hour events at the bar downstairs.
Minor complaints:
Walls and insulation feel kind of thin (it used to be a hotel so imagine something like that).
No ventilation for the kitchen stove for some reason.
Just uncomfortably far from school (although it is close to the new school that is being built).
A little pricey - the rate I'm paying is for one of the cheapest units.

A little pricey but good value
The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the location is great (10 min. walking to CCLCM and Case). 24 hour concierge with package delivery. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and management is very helpful. Pet-friendly ($200 deposit). Apartments are a little small but the space is very nice and the building is quiet and very secure. In suite washer/dryer and a gym in the building. You would be responsible for electricity ($40-80 for the whole apartment, includes heat) and internet bills. Safe, non-street outdoor parking is $50/month and covered garage parking is $90/month. Rent is a little high ($1900 for a 2 bed, 2 bath) but there are no hidden fees and it stayed consistent for at least 1 year, with a guaranteed rent freeze for early renewal. Other residents are varied, but many residents/fellows from CCF and UH live here.

University Circle Reviews
Close enough to campus buildings so there was enough light that I felt safe enough, but once I left campus, felt a little more alert.
University Circle is THE hub for cultural activity in Cleveland. The Cleveland Museum of Art is my favorite place in the Circle. It has fabulous permanent exhibits and brings in wonderful temporary exhibitions. The museum hosts social events that are perfect for young people more than once a month. The Circle also contains Severance Hall - home of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, the Natural History Museum, and more!
The area is fairly safe as it is heavily patrolled by UCPD and Campus Police. Ambulances frequent the area to get to the hospital, but that is the only noise complaint I've ever heard of.
I couldn't be happier about living right in University Circle during law school.
There is a grocery store that is very convenient and also the normal college campus chain restaurants like Chipotle.
