Great, but Pricey
I have no complaints really about the place I live. However, if I could do it over again, I would pay less and live someplace of similar quality.

“Affordable” option near downtown
If you want to live in/near the downtown area, it’s hard to find an option that’s relatively affordable. 605 is one of the better options in the area. It’s a lovely complex with some great amenities. It’s a short bike ride/drive to campus.

Great location at a relatively affordable price
This is my third apartment complex in the past 3 years, and it is by far my favorite. Management are not only friendly but incredibly responsive. The location of the property relative to downtown Durham and Brightleaf is great. Also, while the rent is not "cheap", relative to other 1 BR, 1 BA apartment complexes in the same Durham area, it is one of the cheaper options.

Very well located
It's convenient because of its location, its amenities and its staff.
However, works were carried out throughout the year, this was a bit disturbing. Many times, the amenities were out of service. Renting month-by-month is not an option, it's super expensive that way.

Pretty Good Place To Live
For the most part, I really like living in my apartment complex. It is close to downtown and the university. I like the amenities here. The staff are responsive and ready to fix any problem that we have. The are renovating the building so that is a bit of an annoyance.

Great location convenient to American tobacco, downtown, and a 5 minute drive to school/hospitals. Management is decent and maintenance is fantastic. Apartment is really nice, mine is also one of the bigger 1 bedrooms, so prices are likely less than I said.
