Bell West End Review
I've had a great experience here so far. The apartment is really close to downtown so you can literally walk to all the nice restaurants, bars & pubs. The only slight issue is that no school bus gets here, but Durham buses (like Bus 6, 6B & the BCC) are what I use. And hopefully the Duke Van would soon add this apartment to its stops.
If you have a car there great parking, we have perks like complimentary breakfast on Saturdays (a lot of times) and an awesome pool & pool-side.

Decent place, but you can find a better spot to live
I moved because the price was a lot. I could get something cheaper and better.
Very noisy! I had to sleep with ear plugs in my ears! This place is nice for a few months, but beyond that, you're better off elsewhere. I lived here for one year.
I loved the location, it was very close to my work. Very convenient.

Great Location, Terrible Management
The title says it all. Recently, new management has taken over, so I can't comment on how it will be. The location is awesome, and the amenities are convenient.

Great location, solid apartment
New management is here, taking care of the biggest issue that was holding back this place. The rooms are all beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Good amenities. Awesome location near bars and walking distance to downtown. Always parking available.

Furnished apartments conveniently located
Living at 605 West now Bell West End has been very easy. The fully furnished option made moving to Durham very easy and the mattress is amazing. The old management company wasn´t perfect but it looks like new management is on top of their game and trying to fix pending issues. Staff is friendly. Apartments are not huge but you really don´t need much more.
