Nice apartment with decent amenities. Don't like that it is super close to Peters Creek Pkwy––very loud sometimes!

Affordable downtown residence

I really enjoy it. Reasonable price for living downtown. It is in the West End, about a 20 minute walk to the other side of downtown and Wake downtown.

Residence is currently under construction for the lobby so not all amenities have been available. Safe residence as need a key fob to enter any part of the building.

Peters Creek Parkway is right next to the building, so it is super loud

Review

I like the place, especially how close it is to the ballpark. However, I do not like being right on Peters Creek Pkwy, as there are a countless number of sirens every day.
