Good for big dogs
This complex has no pet weight restrictions, some breed restrictions, though. However, there are no sidewalks, bike lanes, etc. on the road, so it's not ideal to walk dogs. Has a very small dog park, and a pool that's almost never open, but now has really nice poolside furniture. New management company seems better than the previous ones. The rent has increased significantly ($1100+ for new renters, I think) since we moved here in July 2019. Near the Hanes Mall and I-40, so traffic can be frustrating. The apartment units themselves are really nice, though. Good closet space, spacious kitchen with lots of cabinet and counter space, and a long living room with a brick wall on one side.

Great place to live!
Plenty of space, smart layout, amazing price, great location, very pet friendly (including with pricing), maintenance is great, great amenities and features, the list goes on.
