<3 Lakeshore East
Love the location, it's a bit quieter than MPP/MILA but only a few minutes walk away. The kitchen isn't SUPER nice and there's no fan in the bathroom but for 2yr MBA purposes it's great.

Great spot off the beaten path
Quiet relaxed vibe. Very good amenities with a sauna, steam room, indoor hot tub, lap pool, gym, and study/work rooms. Direct Pedway access underground to the metra. Located right across from Gleacher. All apartments have balconies and great views.

Luxury apt in Lakeshore East - very high quality for the money
I am so thrilled that I chose to live at Coast. I got a massive one bedroom for approximately $500 less per month than the equivalent at Mila, 73 East, or Millie.
This has the most closet space I've ever had after living in many different apartments. Utilities includes internet, there is a luxury gym + sauna, steam room, and pool, and great conference centers for working time. Also, every single unit has a balcony, and it has a gorgeous view of the river/lake from both sides of the building. I have a dog, who also loves it here, and there is a dog daycare business right on the first floor within the building (also a nail salon!)
I also just take the elevator down to L1, and I'm able to go directly to the Pedway -- on cold Chicago days I don't even need to go outside to get to the train!Highly recommend this building!

Units aren’t as fancy as the building is.
Can get these units for a bit cheaper price if you book during unpopular months. Parking is extra $300 for non-dedicated spots and $360 for dedicated spots. Overall, a decent option.

Coast Review
Apartment very dated and in need of renovations. Very dirty throughout.

Love living here! Great if you have a partner who is not a Boothie - you're close to everything, but they have a little space.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
