Coast has great amenities (outdoor pool & bbq area, gym, common space, weekly yoga classes) and very attentive management. The appliances and fixtures are not quite as nice as some of the other buildings in the Loop (MILA or 73 E Lake) but overall good quality. There’s access to the pedway through the building which is a huge bonus in the winter/bad weather. Drawbacks: There is a still construction next door and uber/lyft can have issues finding the front entrance because of the multi-level street.

It is a little far from campus, but commuting is easy with the intercampus shuttle and living in the city is so much fun. The building is great and has so many amenities and nice spaces. The view from this building is incredible!!

I love living here. I chose it based on the location (moved with my boyfriend who works in Evanston so we needed to be halfway between there and Hyde Park). Also it is right along the 2 and 6 bus lines which bring you to Hyde Park. All the apartments are modern, have floor-to-ceiling windows, have in-unit washer and dryer, have a balcony, and allow pets. The amenities are also a huge plus along with the great location right downtown. Would definitely recommend!

It's a beautiful new building with great views, decent rate and awesome facilities. The staff is friendly and supportive.

Coast at Lakeshore is spacious, the apartments have balconies, and a washer and dryer. I love that there is so much closet space and natural light, which saves on electricity in the long run. The living area in my studio apartment is slightly small, but the kitchen is nice, as well as the dishwasher

Have been living here for two years and am super impressed with the amenities and the views from the balconies on the north side. Great location and easy access to most popular destination and restaurants in the city. The management is also pretty responsive.
