Not the best for post college grads

Chastain Terrace feels like it's more geared towards families. Since living here for the past year, my roommate and I haven't met many people our own age here. As recent college grads, we wanted to get the Buckhead experience, and living here was a little bit cheaper that other places and still close to the bars. It's an ok place to live but feels more suburbs that we would have liked. Also, maintainance is not very reliable and we had things constantly going wrong.

Chastain Terrace

Chastain Terrace is a cute little apartment complex surrounded by woods, which is why we were first drawn to it. Its only about a 5 minute drive to the bars and less than that to get to Chastain Park, so its a good location. Also, you're getting the Buckhead living for Sandy Springs prices.
Other than that, from the beginning, they put us in the wrong apartment, and the one that we ended up moving into was covered in dog hair. There have been countless things that have broken, such as the dish washer and garbage disposal which took over 2 weeks after putting in 3 maintenance requests to get fixed. If you want to pay your bill online, forget it unless you want to pay $40 extra dollars, which is the cost of the "convenience fee."
The office staff is really nice, I just think there have been some management changes and they still need to sort out all the kinks.

Love my apartment

I live in a newly renovated apartment and I'm about to renew the lease for another 12 months or more. Love the hardwood floor and the stainless steel appliances, plus the cherry color cabinets. The location is amazing - I take Glendridge straight to work and takes me 10 minutes, which is unheard of in Atlanta. Also a 5-10 minute ride to the Buckhead bars on Roswell Road. Pretty safe area, great pool, and very pet friendly. Definitely would recommend.
