I've been in my apartment for three years with some major issues (water coming through ceiling, flooded washing machines, etc); however, the responsiveness of management, the location, and the amenities more than make up for that. Furthermore, all damage was made right with minimal headaches.

Great spot to live. Very convenient in terms of access to public transit and affordable for the location (at least at the time that I began renting).

Living at 222 E Pearson is great. I did not think I needed to live so close to campus, but now that I do, I love it. Our apartment has hardwood floors, new appliances, large windows, and a balcony. Living in a 3-bedroom means the living space is larger than in other units. The gym is adequate, but it is very small. The apartment rooftop has views of Navy Pier and the lake.

It's a great apartment building close to campus, with units individually owned and rented out. This means there can be some variability in price and quality. The door staff is great, and there is an indoor/outdoor roof, small gym, laundry, and storage upstairs. The elevators have had some issues, but that it the only headache.

Overall one of the best buildings in the area in terms of 24 hour doorman, GREAT location, kept clean and maintained well. Apartments vary because it is a condo association but if you can find an apartment on the south side of the building you have amazing views. Also balcony on the corner apartments !

Beautiful deck with grills, penthouse floor common area with stunning views, most units have in unit washer dryer although not all, 24h very nice doormen, small but adequate gym

Great location walkable to hospital and campus. Very spacious 2 bedroom with few issues. Condo owner easily reachable with any issues. 24/7 doorman, mailroom, and maintenance on site.

The location of Pearson is unbeatable- 2 blocks to the hospital, large park with track across the street, many restaurants north and right by Michigan avenue without the traffic. The apartment is roomy and with a great view of the medical campus and skyline facing south.

Right across from the school, walls thick enough neighbors are never heard, maintenance reliable and responsive, apartments good quality, gym is ok, rooftop includes grills and nice deck, no pool, somewhat far walk (10-15 mins) to good grocery stores (e.g. Jewel).

Amazing super convenient location, but building is very old with frequent plumbing and heating issues.
