It's very comfortable here. The shuttle to the law school is a huge help. The hill can make coming back from downtown pretty hard.

CTT is centrally located between campus and downtown. The shuttle bus to campus is very convenient. The gym is nice. The furnishing is a big plus, as is the option for covered garage parking (at an extra fee). It does feel somewhat like a dorm, as opposed to an apartment, and the price is somewhat high.

Good location, but poor management. We have experienced significant package losses here, and no one is willing to assist us. The apartment management asked carrier to have all packages delivered to the mailroom, but they have also stated that if any packages go missing in the mailroom, they will not take responsibility. This information has even been posted on the mailroom wall. Despite their promises to upgrade the mailroom, no action has been taken, and we continue to lose our packages even food deliveries.

CTT is a great residence for first year students. There's a large social law school community at the apartment and its a convenient walkable distance. There is also a courtesy shuttle that runs every 10 minutes directly to the law school on weekdays. One of my favorite thing about CTT are the numerous study room and communal areas as they provide great places to meet up with your friends to study. The gym is also very nice. If I were to say my least favorite things about CTT I would have to say that the parking, while convenient, is very pricey, and the mailroom is frequently disorganized and not the safest for packages.
