Pros Outweigh the Cons
I love living here. I'm in a third-floor apartment, so I have higher ceilings, but all carpet. When we were moving in, we were told the carpet would be replaced with carpet because it would cause too much noise to change it to the laminate hardwood that can be found in the bathrooms and kitchen.
The maintenance team has been absolutely wonderful. When things break, they come. But I've made friends with the staff, so if something needs to be fixed, I'll flag them down and have them come without going through the front office.
The front office staff is good. Danielle is your go-to girl. Beth has been very helpful. They are good about getting back to me. Their renewal rates are very, very good. (Mine only went up $31.)
The tennis courts are through a bunch of woods that are not cleaned up and no clear path. The "dog park" is terrible. It's all dirt, so when it rains, it's all mud. The mosquitoes are terrible in the dog park, so going there is pointless spring through autumn. There is no kids playground so all of the kids in the neighborhood play in the middle of the road, so you have to be waaaaaay more cautious than normal. The gates always work. If there is an issue, it's likely to be resolved the same day. The pool is great. The gym is good. The location is perfect for us.
