Huge bedrooms, great location, meh building
The two bedrooms here are gigantic compared to a lot of other places. Hardwood floors everywhere but the bathroom, which has stone tiles. Drywall is cracked and buckling in some places. When the floor was last refinished, they didn't bother to clean out in the corners so they are black in some places. There's no A/C but window units will do just fine. Very drafty in the winter. Lots of noise from the street, but you get used to it. Not a lot of counter space in kitchen. Big plus, there's a dishwasher! Big backyard. Some parking spaces in back, but lots of free street parking. Laundry in basement of building next door, 2 machines. No phone number for emergencies or lockouts. When they say they'll send someone to fix something, you never know when they're coming. Lived here with small dog and it was ok for him. Very close to California Blue Line and 606 Trail.
