Ok
The rent was way too high for such a small unit, and they installed "convenient" electric floorboard heaters, making my electric bill skyrocket (they previously paid for heat). The building has a penchant for bugs, too. Bad laundry room, noisy neighbors. The neighborhood was great, but the building wasn't worth it.
