Maplewood is A+
Maplewood has very updated apartments with good appliances. There is a lot of storage room in a one bedroom. I have a pet and they appreciate the huge windows and landscaping. Lots of business school students live here which means you don't need to venture far for camaraderie.

Maplewood Review
Poor plumbing but otherwise nice apartments for the price, including gym and community center.

Quiet neighborhood, good apartments, quick service
Love my studio, staff is quick to respond for maintenance requests. The only con is that bus services are not frequent in the winter esp during the weekends.

Cool place to live
I live in one of the apartments but I would suggest the townhouses it is more of a social environment. Close to the bus to Cornell which runs every 20 mins.

Good apartment close to campus with good amenities
Maplewood apartments are recently constructed apartments aimed at Cornell graduate students that offer amenities such as outdoor grills, a community center with a gym, private bathrooms for each bedroom, and plenty of parking.
They are a great option for first year graduate students who want an easy rental experience as they begin their academic career at Cornell.
Management can occasionally be a bit difficult and construction was a bit rushed, leading to some minor annoyances, but overall, my experience at Maplewood has been positive.

Good community close to campus
Maplewood Apartments is a good complex to live in for students who wish to walk to campus (~15-20 min walk to central campus). The apartments are clean and parking is available for $125/month. The cost per month is relatively high at ~$930/month (for annual lease), although there are many competing properties that ask the same price for subpar apartments.
