Review
Pros: Amenities include a decently equipped gym, multiple study rooms, free coffee, and package receiving. Staff are cordial and will help with issues when they can. Location is convenient to walk to Cornell's campus, and there's a bus stop close by. In-suite washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Cons: Building construction is poor, walls are thin, water pressure in the shower is bad. Neighbors in adjacent units are audible, especially those immediately above.

Affordable quality apartment
Pros: gym, relatively new, personal bathroom, utilities included in rent, affordable rent, responsive property management
Cons: thin walls and ceiling, didn’t clean kitchen before move-in, disorganized leasing staff (lost my ID, forgot to send me lease docs until I asked)

Enjoy Life at Maplewood
I have enjoyed my time at Maplewood and will be living there for my entire program. It is a comfortable place to be, and I never worry about my living situation, parking, or safety.

Maplewood (townhouse)
everything is ok, except (1) room is pretty small, (2) it's up to the unit that i might take 1-8 minutes walk (3) cannot access apt's facilities if you leave in townhouse

Title
Management is pretty chill most of the time, and occasionally there are free events. Bedrooms are too small, doors are too wide, and bathrooms are too large. Not much storage, would expect some wall mounted cabinets.

Maplewood 3 bd, 3 bath with a garage townhouse review
I have a townhouse with a garage and while people argue Maplewood is expensive, I feel like I got a good deal with the garage being attached and having the whole floor to myself. I really enjoyed the amenities like the gym and feel that Maplewood does a really good job with snow management
