City Centre

Great- expensive but good value

While more expensive than other options in Ithaca, City Centre really is the best. It's convenient location (many bus options + 2 parking garages within a few mins), amenities (best gym!), and overall maintenance and cleanliness are stellar. The building is relatively new, most apartments have good natural light, and the common areas make it easy to collaborate with friends and host events if you like.

Definitely on the higher end of price, but it is absolutely the best place to live in Ithaca. The amenities are amazing, and apartments are spacious and beautiful, and the staff are the best people. Monthly events are hosted by City Centre and everyone who lives here is kind and courteous. Absolutely best place to live if you have pets as well. Individual temperate settings in every room, lots of sunlight, closets are huge, and it is incredibly secure. There are outdoor patios on the bottom and top floors, and the gym in enormous. Garage parking and dog bathing stations are other pluses.

The amenities and service at city Centre are the best in Ithaca. The gym is great, the common areas are always clean, maintenance is responsive, and package delivery is reliable. The internet is always great as well.

City Centre is the only place I would live in Ithaca. As a student, the building has literally anything I could ask for.

City Center Ithaca is located right on the Commons with easy access to bus stops that will take you up to campus. It's slightly on the pricier side, but many law and MBA students live here. It's generally quiet except for some parties that happen when the weather is good. There's a fantastic gym, dog washing station (it's super pet friendly!), and fun activities for residents throughout the month. Free coffee in the lobby and a lovely outdoor space for grilling. The building is pretty new so the apartments are very nice, although not furnished. It's also very secure and I feel very safe while living here.
