Park 35 on Clairmont

Park 35 is a great place to live! It’s in a great location, and campus is just a short drive away. There is a pool, a gym, and a great lounge to study in with an outside area. It is also in walking distance to a cute coffee shop. We never had any problems with maintenance and there is a covered area to park in thats gated. There are also storage units available to rent onsite and office spaces. It is expensive for the amount of space, but a lot of apartments close to campus have similar prices!

My wife and I have had a great experience at Park35. Must haves for us were safety and excellent management. Forest Park is one of Birmingham’s best neighborhoods, and property management and maintenance are extremely helpful and fast. We have unique amenities like a guest suite and gift wrapping room, and the apartment’s furnishings are a step above other places we looked at. I bike to school, but biking or driving only takes 8-10 minutes.

I love living here!! The apartments are beautiful, the staff is very helpful and responsive, and the pool and the gym are amazing. I feel very safe living here. It's definitely on the pricier end, but it's worth it for how nice it is to have a beautiful and safe space to come home to.

Love my experience at Park 35! I'm very close to downtown while feeling safe and in a more family friendly area. Great amenities and apartment space, and responsive staff. The only issues we've had is elevator outages often.

Very modern, nice apartments in a really great location. It's really quiet so I don't get interrupted studying. Price is heavy without a roommate but I personally think it is worth it.

Really clean, large, quiet residence located directly next to Piggly Wiggly about 5 minutes from downtown. Has a spacious community room for studying and amenities like a pool, coffee, and a gift wrapping room.

Lots of medical residents and attendings live here, it’s a 5 minute drive to campus and the property is beautiful.

If you're looking for a secure, boujie apartment with all the amenities (gym, pool, grills, covered parking, fancy clubhouse/study space, free Starbucks coffee in the lobby, package locker for 24/7 pickup of packages), then this is the place for you. It's located in Forest Park next to Piggly Wiggly, and is just a couple minutes from the Avondale area. The drive to campus is 6-10 minutes depending on traffic. Water, utilities, and internet are NOT included in rent, so be prepared to spend an extra $200/month. Also be aware that some of the balconies are Juliet balconies, i.e. not real balconies. Quiet hours are strictly enforced, which is nice when you need to sleep but not great if you want to have social gatherings after 9pm.
