Modern living in Winston Salem
One of the few new buildings in Winston Salem. Cannot complain but is a little expensive.

Overall satisfied.
Good, polished environment. Management used to be slow but new management team is much more responsive. Good pet accommodations including fenced play area, poop bag dispensers, pet bath area in the garage. Parking is enforced. No complaints with the inside of the apartment, the particular layout I have does not have the most natural light but other units do. Will stay for all three years of law school.

Beautiful Building, sometimes service is lacking
I love my building, but there is often trash outside. Sometimes doors are propped open in our supposedly secure building and I have seen people block the stairs with cardboard boxes.
