Pretty Good
I moved to this apartment because it's only a 20-minute walk from the law school. My experience has been positive. It's an old building and the radiators are a little loud at times (and run a little hot, which I can't change), but I've had no major issues. The minor service requests I had were responded to quickly. One of my neighbors is obnoxiously loud at times, but that's just apartment life. Be warned that there's no doorman, and packages will be stolen.

Pretty good
It's an old apartment building, so the floors are creaky, the temperature can be a little finnicky, there've been a couple simple maintenance things.
But overall it's been a good experience. The location is fantastic, short walk to campus, right near all the shops/restaurants on 53rd/55th, one block from hyde park produce and cvs, three blocks from ratner. Management has been excellent about responding to maintenance requests. There's plenty of room, and each room feels like its own separate space, unlike a lot of one-bedrooms.

Pretty Pleased
I can definitely say that I am pretty pleased with this apartment building. The only downside is that parking is first come first serve. Therefore, sometimes when I get home from the lab (I am a chemistry student) at crazy hours of the morning I find that there are no spots open. Other than that, the people living there are mostly working professionals, not very many students. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet and very safe.
