Moved in a Couple Months Ago

The management are very friendly and helpful. They have maintenance people on call to help. I love the apartment layout, through some have newer appliances than others.

The Avenues of Lakeshore

I’ve been a resident in The Avenues of Lakeshore for a year now. My husband, my dog and I really enjoy living here. For us the apartment is spacious and the neighborhood overall is pretty good.

I like the location. There is a quick and easy commute to Samford.
My unit is a little outdated and the gym is very small.

The Avenues of Lakeshore

I have been living here about a month now. It is pretty quiet and peaceful. My apartment is renovated and it is pretty beuatiful and spacious. There are many areas for recreation for all residents, including dogs.

Good Apartment

I have had a good experience with this apartment. The unit is nice and functions well. Management and maintenance is nice and response quickly to any issues.
