5252 best in Hyde Park

I love the building, the people that work here, maintenance is quick and extremely helpful. The area is very nice and the neighborhood is the best!

Great views with modern amenities

Lots of natural lighting with modern amenities. Study and common spaces are well kept, and gym is not typically busy. Nice to live near other law students

Perfect for Grad School

I have been living here for 3 years and would not choose any other apartment building to live in (except maybe City Hyde Park or Solstice) in Hyde Park. The building is new, there is a parking garage, it’s close to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, there is in-unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal in the sink, it is very safe, there is a gym, a lounge. I could not recommend more. The 171 or 53 street express are the buses to take and are each a 5 minute walk away. My only qualm is the price of the apartment and the parking.

Perfect place to live

Rent is definitely on the heftier side given other options in the area, but the views, amenities, and building management make it worth the price.

Best location in hyde park for school and dt

172, 171, 53rd school bus, DT campus express, metra, 6, and 28 are all very close.
