Although you will get a smaller space than paying the same price in nearby apartment buildings, it is worth it. The floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings keep my mood up and create the illusion that my apartment is spacious. It is also an incredibly safe building.

I've enjoyed my nearly 2 year stay at 5252 Apartments. Management has never been an issue, and the maintenance team responds promptly to any request I've put in (usually within 2 days).

The Apartment is located next to 3 transportation routes to the law school (the 171, 172, and the 53rd Street Express) and getting to the school has never been an issue.

The local area is nice; you're located next to restaurants and grocery markets - all within easy walking distance. It can be noisy at night, but this has never been a factor disturbing my rest.

All of this is good, but keep in mind that the monthly rent for these apartments are quite exorbitant.

Within the apartment is great! It's super clean and new - probably the best in Hyde Park along with Solstice. However, there are a lot of phone snatchings at Regents Park bus stop. It's safer than the west side of Hyde Park, but students should still be cautious.

The staff is friendly and the apartment is pretty. I have no complaints about the apartment itself.

It is located right next to the train tracks so it could get noisy.

I love my apartment and the facilities. The people who work in the building are great. Otherwise, dealing with Mac Properties for any issue is impossible.

Great place, but pricey

extremely comfortable and can't beat the floor-to-ceiling windows. The gym and the rooftop sky deck are fantastic as well.

great views, lots of students in the building! Staff is exceptionally helpful! The amenities are usually kept well and very nice!

Great Building

Excellent neighborhood, very nice appliances. Expensive but worth it

5252 is so nice but very expensive. I have a view of downtown and the building has all the amenities I could dream of. I think it's better than Solstice because of it's rooftop, city views, and proximity to 53rd street.
