Affordable and Close to school
The complex is located right of the highway and is located 5 minutes from the school. The rent is relatively cheap for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, and the shared living area IE the living room and kitchen are very large. It also has a pool and small fitness center in the main office. Washer and Dryer are included in unit and in the rent.
Only complaint is maintenance could be slow responding to requests to fix things.

Metropolitan Companies - Reserve at Paxton Creek
This apartment is generally very acceptable. The staff is helpful and the apartments are updated. The only issue is that the trash service is very slow and it is often difficult to take out your trash and recycling when you need to because the bins are overflowing and unkempt.
