Best Deal with the Most Included
I have loved living at Chestnut Heights. The only utilities we pay are electricity and internet. We would also have to pay for cable, but we just use streaming services. This is the best apartment building for students in the area or someone who is just starting out! The apartment comes fully furnished. When I say fully furnished, I mean we only had to move in with clothes and buy food. They provided pans, pots, dishes, silverware, cleaning materials, and a plunger for the bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer in our unit, which was so important for me. This apartment checked all of the boxes I was looking for. The management is also fantastic! They are so helpful and understanding. Maintenance is also amazing! They have come whenever we needed them and put in so much effort to fix our issues. I cannot rave enough about this property!
