I absolutely love this apartment.

I can drive home from widener in less than 30 seconds. This is the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in. The community is very quiet and respectful. My wife and I love it here. Gym and pool.

Magnolia Terrace

Magnolia Terrace is great! I have loved living here so far. It is a 30 second drive to campus, and my apartment is great!

Great Place to Live

I really enjoy living here! There's a pool that's open seasonally and a gym that's open 24/7 and they're both well maintained. My neighbors have always been on the quiet side, and I've had no issues. The property managers take of any issues in a timely fashion and are very friendly.
