The Pines
The neighbors are nice for the most part. There is plenty of parking by my unit. The features were recently updated.
There is a pretty serious maintenance issue though. I can hear water coursing down the walls when the upstairs neighbor uses the bathroom. mold is bubbling up through the paint on that wall. I put in a maintenance request about a month ago. No one has contacted me about it.
There are gaps in the walls. Bugs are everywhere.
The laminate flooring isn't really attached and it wasn't cut to fit the floor.
There is supposed to be a fitness center, but the password I was given to access it to won't open the door. It turns the little light green like it is working, but I think there is something between the little number pad and the actual lock that isn't functioning.
