Great amenities and brand new, but can be a pain
The apartments are a bit oddly shaped but very nice as everything is brand new. Rent is a bit high, but not bad comparable to the others. Unfortunately management can be quite slow to respond to requests-e.g., the internet has been out for hours at a time, which can be a problem when doing classwork...

New building with major growing pains
Closet space and storage is quite limited, and the internet provided is not reliable.

Social building with great amenities but horrible management
E2 is full of Kellogg students. It is brand new so these condition of the building is great and has useful amenities. It is a gathering spot for many student activities and group meetings. However, the management here is horrible. The internet has been poor and the management has not been responsive to remedy the situation. The management communication, even after multiple complaints, is close to nothing. Before signing a lease with E2, get assurance (in writing) from management about expectations for internet speed and anything else on your mind.

Great place to live
E2 has quickly become one of the most popular apartments for Kellogg students. While there have been some annoying internet and elevator issues in the first few months, E2 is still a great place to live. The ameniites are great, the units are beautiful, and its great to have tons of other Kellogg students in the building

Terrible management team
The building itself is new but that is about the only positive thing to say. Elevators often do not work. Internet goes out very frequently. The "business center" computers and printers do not work the majority of the time.

Overrated Management Company
The issue with the apartment stems from the management company. They made promises that they ended up not keeping related to referrals, fixing issues in the apartment, etc. In addition, the internet constantly goes down, the elevators break, and there is no apology from management, just finger pointing.

Great social building for Kellogg Students
E2 is the most social building for Kellogg students. The building is brand new. There is a rooftop pool, a basketball court, a gym, and a small theater. The building has occasional issues with Internet connectivity, but overall it is a fun building to live in.

Working through its growing pains
Absolutely love living in E2, mainly because majority of my classmates live here. The management is extremely nice and responsive and the amenities floor is amazing, though the gym is nothing to write home about. The outdoor amenities (pool, grill, etc.) are incredible, but not very useful for the majority of the school year. It's great to be able to have group/team meetings on the fourth floor and use the party room for events.
However, E2 was built extremely quickly and is still working through a lot of growing pains. They chose the lowest cost internet and cable providers, so the internet has had major issues this past year, which causes a lot of problems for 100+ business school students! The elevators have also had issues and in the beginning of the school year there were some power outages. The Kellogg community at E2 has been very vocal with the management and I think many of these problems will be solved over time, but if you're not the type to be patient with things like this, I recommend choosing some of the more established buildings.

Super social building
I love living at E2. Brand new building with great amenities. Tons of Kellogg students live here making it a great place for parties.

Great place, poor management
The building is beautiful, large, and has amazing amenities. It's close to campus and full of Kellogg students. Management leaves a lot to be desired - the internet goes down a lot, the elevators break, the water pressure is weak, and it's slightly overpriced. But it's still worth it for being so close to campus and living with so many Kellogg classmates with lots of social areas.
