Great Value in Uptown
Our 1 bedroom/1bath is a great value for the location and the amount of space we have. We didn't pick this building for the amenities, as the gym is small & the outdoor space is filled with smokers. Also, the elevators always break. Overall, this ia a good deal for living in the city, close to Wrigley

Excellent location with room to grow
Walking distance from express buses and the lake, 833 W Buena is a wonderful place to live with the potential to grow. Situated near a Jewel, a Target and charming local businesses, I never traveled far from home. However, management can improve. Our building manager has a tendency to screen her calls and is not very responsive to email. The elevators and washing machines have broken down on numerous occasions though I have only rented here for a year. If they have the time and energy, Group Fox can innovate the gym, laundry room, and elevators and give their staff advanced training for a superb living experience.
