Good for WFU Students

Alaris is a pretty good place to live for WFU students. Some potential advantages to living here are the WFU shuttle, the many WFU students that live here, the proximity to several stores and major roadways, and the quietness of the overall neighborhood. Even though it is a gated community, the gates tend to stay open during the office's open hours, which seems to defeat the purpose of the gate. The large community has diverse residents, so your neighbors and their activities and noise levels can vary greatly.

Management is Great!

Very well-managed spaces for low rent. Includes a pool for the warmer months, a short and straightforward drive to WFU campus, and a safe and diverse neighborhood.

Nice Complex....Lack of Lighting at Night is Concerning

Great complex. I've never had noise issues. Maintenance is very responsive when requests are placed.
