Cozy Spot
Crowne Oaks is the perfect spot for lowkey living, the management company is excellent and their maintenance team is exceptional. I have no complaints, especially because they provide breakfast or lunch for the residents at least once per month.

Close to Campus, does the job

A great place to live, not too far from campus
I really like it at Crowne Oaks. The management is always very responsive to issues we might have, and they always put on events, giving out free food and doing giveaways frequently. There's a pool, gym, tennis court, study room, and I hear they're installing a basketball court this year. I'm very satisfied with Crowne Oaks, and I'll probably stay here for my whole time at Wake.

great apartments close to school
i really love living here! i can make it to the law school in 10 minutes (a big selling point for someone like me who loves to hit snooze), and i have a ton of space to really feel at home in my apartment.
it's got ample room for my dog, and i can just walk out my back door for her to go outside.
maintenance is always super responsive to me, and all of the staff is very understanding with my school/dog schedule whenever i submit a request.
while it's a little pricey and doesn't have a ton of grad students, i couldn't have asked for a better option! if you're at all interested in the Crowne properties, Crowne Oaks is by far the best choice.

A great place to live, not too far from campus
Crowne Oaks is a great place to live. It's about 20 minutes to walk from there to the law school, but there is a shuttle that goes to campus from Crowne Oaks every 30 minutes. It's easy to get to school, even if you don't have a parking permit on campus. My unit is very nice, recently renovated, and there have hardly been any maintenance issues. It is also a very popular spot to live with lots of other students nearby, but it's very quiet and easy to study there.
