Great value
Great value, good amenities. Love that it is gated. Maintenance is always really fast to respond if you ever have an issue. Very convenient to Wake Forest campus and has a shuttle to both Wake Forest and WSSU. Only downside - does not have a dog park.

Bugs, old property
I have never experienced that many bugs in the kitchen and my bedroom. Property is kind of old. No washers, no dryers, no furniture. For one year program at Wake, I recommend choosing Deacon Place, because it is newly built with furniture, internet, utility, and it is walking distance to school. My program started before Deacon Place finished landscaping, otherwise, I would choose to live there.

Quiet, roomy, and great location
Crowne Oaks is a great place to live. Not only is it a mile away from campus, there is plenty of parking for you and your visitors. The management and maintenance staff are amazing and very friendly, responsive. My apartment has plenty of room and is extremely great value for the amount of rent. The pool, gym, and office space have been updated and are easy to access. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to live.

Affordable and close to campus
Crowne Oaks is very affordable and close to campus. Commute is around 3 mins. There's also a free shuttle to campus. Management is very friendly and always available. A lot of MA students live in Crowne Oaks as well.

Convenient and close to campus
Crowne Oaks has been a great place to live. It is convenient and close to campus. It is also very inexpensive compared to other housing options. The gym is clean and new. Overall, the place is quiet and has a very safe atmosphere.

Great, safe apartment complex
Very positive experience. I live in a single bedroom/bathroom apartment, and I find the space inside to quite roomy. The place is very safe, management is kind, and residents tend to be quiet. Maintenance staff is fantastic. Quick response and very friendly. Highly recommend.
