Randolph Towers

We got a one-month rent credit which made it more affordable. We have in-unit laundry, a large indoor pool, a spacious gym, outdoor hot tub on the roof. The amenities are better than any place I toured. and it's less than a 15 min walk to school and a central location to two L stations.
The elevator is a little slow and it breaks down every once in a while.

Convenient, Relatively Affordable, Has Character

If you're looking to live close to work (assuming you work in loop), close to Michigan ave, and close to some of Chicago's best restaurants, this apartment complex is unrivaled.
It also offers some of the nicest and most unique amenities: pool, sauna, game room, movie room, fitness lounge, business center.

Cozy yet Modern

I love the modern amenities. It feels like you are in a chic hotel away from the city which is nice but you are at the Heart of the City so you have everything around you as well. In Randolph Towers City Apartments you will find a spacious and very comfortable place to stay. Our apartment features one of Chicago' best Amenities such as access to Pool, Gym, Spa, Amazing views and Sky-lounges.

Getting around is VERY EASY, you can walk everywhere from here, close to all the Chicago lines, Union station and the connection city buses.

I have quick access to State Street shops and are only a few minutes from North Michigan Avenue's Magnificent Mile shops.

Dinning, nightlife : There are abundant options in the immediate area, and around the area. The thriving River North and west loop restaurants, bars and nightlife scene is a few short blocks to the north and west, across the Chicago River.

Parks, recreation:The Chicago Riverwalk is two short blocks north of Randolph Tower Millennium Park and Grant Park is six blocks to the east,

Cultural attractions: Randolph Tower is near many of Chicago's top cultural attractions. The Loop's theatre district begins across the street from the property. The Art Institute, Lyric Opera and Chicago Symphony are a few minutes away.

Overall, a nice place to live

I would say that in the long run, this isn't going to be where I live for the rest of my life, but I don't overall dislike it. Everything has gone well so far, so I can't complain. The apartment is really nice, the room sizes aren't bad and the location is good.

The Loop Reviews

Very secure and tranquil. Very close to public transportations. Namely millennium station which I use to ride the Metra trains to campus.
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
Loop is central and great to get to other neighborhoods. Quick train access to Hyde Park (35min door to seat). Mostly MBA students in building
Feels like a neighborhood even though you are in the heart of the city
The Loop is great because it is so easy to get anywhere in the city! Also, we are next to many cool sights, and River North is very walkable.
Location is central to everything and with majority of students living here, hard to envision living elsewhere during Booth
Great access to stores, restaurants, and excellent transit to get anywhere in Chicago you may want to go to!
Location is good in terms of transit proximity. The loop is not a great area for food/activities but river north is very close and has grocery stores/restaurants, etc.
It’s the loop. It’s full of tourists, but all my friends live here. Trade offs are everywhere. Sooooo close to train (under rated).
