My apartment is good but neightbor do a lot of partys in the social living room. So sometimes it gets ditry

Overall, building is fine. In unit laundry is a perk. Building is new and comes furnished. Persistent problems with wifi. Thin walls in odd areas. Comes with a shuttle to campus, which is also a perk. If you are looking to maximize the value of your dollar spend, there might be more optimal housing elsewhere. But if you just want convenience in a new-ish building, this is as good a place as any. Bonus, many grad school students live here as well. Chances are, you'll run into them often.

At face value, the monthly rent is quite steep relative to other options, but when factoring in additional amenities such as shuttle service, gym, study rooms, safety, and location, CTT actually has great value. However, there are few downsides to consider such as slightly thin walls, internet has had issues, and mail can get lost or delayed. In that respect, management is willing to work to resolve the issues as best as they can, making the upside outweigh the downsides.

Apartment itself is perfect. Occasional issues with the Wifi is only downside.

CTT is a great, convenient place to live. But I have been here 3 months now and the internet is STILL not fixed. Constant disconnects and drops for hours on end. Absolutely unacceptable for such a large student housing complex. If they get their shit together it would be a nice place, but in it's current state I strongly DO NOT recommend living here.

Good Facilities

It is new, but not the newest, apartment complex, and it feels like a nicer college dorm. So the apartment comes furnished, each room gets its own bathroom, desks are big, and closets are walk-in types. I think it is a nice setup and I like how you can get a sense of privacy in a 3-bedroom apartment. Also, there are study areas, conference rooms, and gyms that you can use. There is also a free shuttle for residents, which is a great addition to the services provided. However, there are some downsides. The Internet has been a huge issue recently and there are some power outages from time to time. The rooms within a unit also has an airvent that goes through the top, so the sound flows through the vent, which can be disruptive to light sleepers.

Overall, I like living in this apartment, but it would have been better without some of the issues.

The WiFi (included in rent doesn't work). The water doesn't get hot in the winter. The AC and heat often break. It's like a prison but you get to pay rent too!

CTT has positives and negatives.

Positives:
-Shuttle to Sage
-Management let us end lease early due to study abroad
-Process for repairs easy
-Did let sublet for summer
-Gym in building
-Convenient overall

Negatives:
-The wifi is awful and goes out all of the time
-The appliances are cheap (microwave and fridge broke multiple times)
