CTT
No issues. Overpriced, but modern. Gym is on par with previous city apartments. Shuttle is convenient. Internet has been fine. Walls are on the thin side, but hasn't created problems. Covered parking clutch in the snow.

Great combination of amenities
For me, CTT has been a great combination of experiences. First, the location is midway between campus/Collegetown and the Commons. As such that makes it accessible to both communities. Secondly, the gym and shuttle to campus are great for day to day living. Third, the availability of covered parking is great when we deal with snow and rain. Fourth, as a new complex it is pretty clean and neat. Overall, CTT meets my needs completely.

The overall apartment is OK but it's overpriced. The management people are incredibly rude!

Property Managers were very helpful, I got immediate assistance with all my problems.

Good apartment complex
CTT is pretty good. It is mostly graduate students, so it's not too crazy of an atmosphere. It is expensive for a single/double, but if you're fine with a 3 bed/3 bath, then the rent is manageable. The gym and shuttle are extremely convenient, and since it is such a large complex, it is a social life in itself which is nice.

Good apartment with some drawbacks
Space is fine, the lay out of the apartment is great and it's very convenient to campus. Main drawback I've found is the thin walls. I can hear the people both above and around me very easily which can be very annoying.

CTT
Best place for people without a car. You can walk to campus, collegetown, and Ithaca Commons. They also provide a feee shuttle to campus and back and to the grocery store on the weekends. There are also a lot of MBAs in the building.
