Best place for people without a car. You can walk to campus, collegetown, and Ithaca Commons. They also provide a feee shuttle to campus and back and to the grocery store on the weekends. There are also a lot of MBAs in the building.

0 complaints so far, love the spot and super convenient to campus.

Idk what this means
I really like all it offers like study space and the gym. I don’t know about other buildings in the complex but I can hear the people above me way to easily and way to clearly.

Great, convenient apt worth the price
The apartment complex is well maintained and the office is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the law school is extraordinarily convenient. Having the gym is great. There are study rooms which are also nice to have, but they are not sound proof and can sometimes be distracting if they are right by the main doors. The mailroom is fine, but it makes me slightly nervous that packages are just laid out on the floor out in the open instead of kept in lockers or some other safer system. My apartment is pretty big for a one bedroom, though the appliances seem a little old considering the rent. At the same time, the rent is worth it for the gym, shuttle, and study rooms and I wouldn’t pay more for newer appliances. The furniture isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing but I made it work, and it definitely saved me a lot of money. These are small qualms though! The overall experience is great and I am pretty certain I will live here for the next two years.

One complaints
Good except for charged upon renewing. We cleaned and didn't mess up anything in our apt. When we moved to a new one they charged us over $200 for no reason.

Love the building overall
I love the building. The shuttle is extremely convenient, the units themselves are extremely nice and well kept. Generally speaking the building itself is quiet and the management are pretty good at answering any questions or concerns. The only thing that I don't really like is how expensive the apartments are (not like I can change that) and the fact that the internet cuts out frequently or is weak. It also has a two password verification system which makes it really difficult to set up wireless printers or things like Chromecasts.
