Expensive but Happy
Building 113 has smaller one bedrooms than the other buildings in CTT but its much quieter than the other buildings and is nicely tucked away. The price is outrageous but I'm very happy there!

Not worth the Price
Big rooms, lots of closet space. Generally quiet. The extras are nice- gym, shuttle to the law school, study rooms in the common areas. But the price you pay for those extras is absurd and not worth it. There are much better deals to be had in Collegetown. Also management is cranky and unresponsive to problems.
