Nuevo East - Cheapest and Best Option

I would strongly suggest Nuevo East to be the best option out there for someone who would like to get a cheap and best room.
1. The furniture is not part of the room but u can easily get it during the donations or buy them off for second hand.
2. The rooms are spacious and honestly if you are living alone that’s more than what you need.
3. All expenses are included so you don’t need to worry about anything apart from rent unlike South Mesa or OMS.

I like that the washbasin shower and bathroom are separate entities so even living with more people it’s manageable and spacious.
