Nuevo East
I love Nuevo East. There's minimal storage space but it feels large because of the way the apartment is set up (separate rooms for bathroom, sink, and shower). Plus, it's on the newer side so the amenities are super nice.

I like the apartment
Although the apartment in Nuevo East is not furnished, other than that, I like the apartment. The rent is comparatively cheap, the community is safe, and the apartment is quite new. Almost everything is included in the rent. Doing the laundry and dumping the garbage is very convenient.

Requirements for Access Control
I hope the Nuevo East - Tierra building also has the same access control as the other buildings (one needs to use the keycard and password to get into the building), as this would prevent non-tenants from entering the building, which is important for our safety.

Safe and Peaceful
The Grad housing at UCSD feels really safe and peaceful

Convenient and roomy
Apartment is decently sized and very close to campus. Additionally, each room has its own ceiling fan. One downside is that the carpet in the living room is very dirty and we don't have any way of cleaning it.

Pretty decent relative to cost compared to most places. My main complaint is that the wifi is not very good.

Nice Apartment, Walls could have been slightly thicker
The only minor issue I have is that sound travels through the walls very easily. I can sometimes hear my roommates talking in a normal volume across 4 rooms in my 4B2Ba configuration.

Overall it’s really nice
It’s great! While sometimes we cannot het on the school shuttle, which is a little bit inconvenient.
