Clean, modern, and private

The housing community is relatively quiet, but the facilities and buildings are fairly modern and clean. The rooms have overhead lights and fans as well as heaters, but no central A/C. Though it's a bit expensive, it's a good place to live and study/relax.

A good mixture of simplicity and utilities

Overall, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. The separate toilet and bathroom is an added bonus.

Great view and accessibility

My experience with the apartment has been amazing so far. All the utilities are included and the accessibility to the apartment is just great. It has community barbecues, gyms, study rooms, and lastly an amazing view!
